Peter, That is a very good question. The charter does not specify any numbers to allow for flexibility. However, my understanding is that there will be two liaisons per RALO to start, though I may be wrong. The final number will depend on the chair, the type of task at hand, and as ACES matures, the number may increase or decrease. The flexibility is there. Thank you Ed for your commitment and determination in putting all these together. While I agree with the current document as it is ( subject to future amendments);as needs arise for the future, I just have one observation.
That is on the RALOs Liaison.
How many liaisons are we looking at per RALO?
Or, is it going to be as many as any RALO desires?
Well done once again Pastor Peters Omoragbon Executive President President Nurses Across the Borders ICANN Fellow (Since 2010).

Dear ACES members,
I’ve added a couple of updates to the charter following our last meeting.
First, I included a new line in the working groups to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track task progress, where applicable. This comes from a discussion about measurement during the last ACES meeting. The line now states that, as part of creating working groups, there should be some form of measurement to track the tasks assigned to each small team. However, I’ve added the caveat that this applies only where relevant. This gives flexibility, allowing the small teams to decide whether KPIs are necessary for their specific task at the time of creation.
The second update is to the Liaison section. I changed "ALAC Community" to "RALOs," as the Liaisons will come from the RALOs. Additionally, I added a line to clarify that, as discussed in the last ACES meeting, each RALO is autonomous and should select its Liaisons as it sees fit.
With these changes, I have added all the comments and feedback that I have gathered up to this point. So, not foreseeing any additional significant changes, I can declare that the charter is ready for approval by the ACES members. I am deferring to our chair, Amrita, to coordinate this.
I wanted to thank everyone who took the time to provide feedback during the creation of this charter. Once approved, the ACES group will have a solid foundation to continue its mission, now and in the future.
