Therefore, I am sharing an example of phishing in the Latin American region, specifically in my country, Colombia, in order to contribute a little more to the group's work. *In my region (LAC), specifically in my country, Colombia, various methods are used, such as emails, text messages (smishing), and phone calls (vishing). In Colombia, phishing is penalized by Law 1273 of 2009, which establishes criminal sanctions for those who design, develop, traffic, or send fraudulent electronic pages. Penalties may include imprisonment and fines.
