Hi Mohamed, In the finance review, there was a proposition that ICANN pay the trip of 15 ALAC members only and pay a yearly general meeting for each RALO. An ICANN fellowship is a grant of support which is awarded to enable individuals from stakeholder groups around the world to attend ICANN meetings.
