Is it that the ALSes did not receive the notices or the details of their current representatives is not reflected on the ICANN Staff register? If this information has come to light before election, the staff and the AFRALO Leadership would have done everything possible to establish the existence of these ALSes. Abstaining is different from a no vote. To all the people that voted for me, my sincere gratitude. In a competition, there is always a winner. But this time, we are not losers but given a charge for us to do better next time.
