Titi, French J'ai juste posé la question pour savoir et Barrack m'a affirmé qu'il est bilingue. Il est important de noter toutefois que dans toute communauté, il y a des règles écrites et des règles non écrites. Je continue de croire que le bilinguisme devrait être pris en compte à ce niveau de responsabilité même si légalement il ne fait pas partie de nos textes. English I raised the bilingualism issue just to understand and Barrack confirmed he is bilingual. Nevertheless, I need to point out that in every community there are written and non written rules. I do believe at that level of responsibility, bilingualism must be taken into consideration even if it is not stated in our bylaws.
