Dear Seun and all, I have a question in my mind about this final document : why as AFRALO shall we support SSAC and RSSAC and GAC to have a vote members within NomCom what will be the impact of one vote per technicals AC to rebalancing The NomCom ? I personally have the conviction that such technical ACs should be neutral in any voting process. This neutrality will give more credibility to their technical advice!
