Tijani, I think this a great initiative and if used in the right way can help in forging stronger bonds between structures and also apprise members of upcoming events which others can perhaps attend when in the region. On the agenda of each monthly call, there is an item named “Recent and upcoming AFRALO Activities” and we are all supposed to give a brief overview of our activities as ALSes.
For a purpose of time saving, Aziz proposed in 2012 that we create a wiki page where we put a description of our activities instead of reading it during the call.
This was done at the beginning, but we lost the track since September 2014. Can you please restart uploading your ALS activities on the wiki page https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=38044510
