I nominate Mohamed El Bashir for the position of AFRALO representative within NomCom. Mohammed was one of the first ALS to join ALAC in 2003. Since that date, he has always been active in AFRALO. In addition to his good knowledge of ICANN, Mohamed is perfectly English speaker which is an important requirement to be member of NomCom.

Je souhaite nominer Mohamed El Béchir à la position du représentant d'AFRALO au sein de NomCom. Mohammed a été l'un des premiers à rejoindre l’ALAC en 2003 en tant que l’une des premières ALS Africaine. Depuis cette date, il a toujours été actif dans AFRALO.
En plus de sa bonne connaissance de l'ICANN, Mohamed est parfaitement anglophone. Ce qui est une condition importante pour faire partie du comité de nomination.
