Hi Tidjani and all, I personally do not feel comfortable with that idea of individual membership. I may be wrong but for me, to belong a group or an association is a proof of mind openness. Since our organization is not suffering of lack of competent managers, I suggest not to bring onboard "singleton geniuses" who could bring surprises. · Decertification

Lors de l’assemblée générale tenue à Londres, j’ai soulevé le point de la revue de nos principes de fonctionnement, et j’ai proposé quelques aspects de la revue pour réflexion :
· Affiliations individuelles
· Vote pondéré
· Critères de performance
· Dé-certification
J’ai joins les Principes de fonctionnement actuellement en vigueur (Français et Arabe). Je vous prie de bien vouloir réfléchir aux points mentionnées pour qu’on puisse les discuter ultérieurement vu que nous n’avions pas eu le temps à Londres.
