The At-Large comments will be used by the gTLD RG to: * draft formal comments for evaluation panels' consideration or on objection grounds. These formal comments will be reviewed by ALAC for submission as ALAC comments to ICANN's New gTLD Application Comments Forum (https://community.icann.org/x/sxUQAg) during ICANN's Application Comment Period which was recently extended by ICANN to September 26 2012 * decide whether to draft a formal objection statement to a gTLD application on limited public interest or community grounds for RALO’s consideration and ALAC's during the 7 month objection period as part of ICANN's Objection and Dispute Resolution Process.
