Dear AFRALO members and colleagues, As we head into the annual leadership election, selection, appointment period, please see the schedule below: ALAC Selection Timetable for 2024 ALAC and RALO Leaders and NomCom Delegates: - 15 April 2024 - Announcement of call for nominations and Nominee's Statement. - 15 April – 26 April 2024 - Nomination period (nominations accepted for 10 working days). - 3 May 2024 - Deadline for nomination acceptances - 6 May 2024 - 9 May 2024- Calls with the candidates if desired by the RALOs. - 10 May - 24 May 2024 - Elections (If required, elections will begin no later than one week after the deadline for nomination acceptances and end no later than two weeks after that deadline). - 2024 AGM [ ICANN81] - Newly elected ALAC Members and RALOs Leaders shall be seated at the end of the 2024 AGM following the close of the Board Meeting on 14 November 2024.
