Ms. Nodumo was scheduled to feature the Association of African Universities (AAU) at the AFRALO UA Day on 7 May. She also joined and contributed to AFRALO's sessions in Rwanda last June and served as the vice chair of the small group working on the ICANN African Regional Strategy.
I had the pleasure and honour of working with her on these occasions. Although we had only known each other for a short time, her presence and collaboration already meant so much.
Ms. Nodumo will be deeply missed by the entire community. We will be remembering her during AFRALO UA Day and I will inquire about how we can send our condolences to her family.
May her soul rest in peace.
