*French below* Dear Colleagues, AFRALO would like to closely work with the African internet community to regularly organize an African meeting on ICANN related issues within the framework of ICANN public meetings as we did in Nairobi and in Cartagena. We certainly did very well as echoed by many participants but we also learnt that we needed to improve our process for better results. In preparation of the upcoming meeting in San Francisco, AFRALO initiated a draft statement on ICANN Geographic regions to serve as a basis to an African statement (see attachment file) to be adopted in San Francisco. We would really appreciate it if you could send your inputs by next Friday noon UTC.
