I don't remember offering to be part of the drafting team. That said, on the theme I will like to suggest that discussing ICANN accountability as it relates to the IANA transition would be helpful considering that by Singapore it is expected that Transition proposals would have been submitted to ICG (at least by the current timeline) and limiting the Accountability scope to discussing accountability of the operator post transition could be of help.
So I will go for either item 1 and 4

1. It was agreed that there will be a discussion for a week on the theme for the meeting in Singapore. AFRALO’s Secretariat will consolidate comments on this.

1. Il a été convenu qu'il y aura une discussion pendant une semaine sur le thème de la réunion à Singapour. Le Secrétariat de AFRALO consolidera commentaires à ce sujet.

3. "Les questions entourant l'accès en Afrique, que l'accès à Internet est un problème"

En outre, les membres suivants ont offert de faire partie de l'équipe de rédaction:

Nous nous félicitons de plusieurs membres à se joindre à l'équipe.
