I'm not sure if I agree that this is the primary goal of the ALAC. I believe that the goal should be to inform users that this change is happening, and the implications thereof. e.g. they need to demand more information from their ISPs, and need to be aware that investment in future computing must take this into account.
At-Large Summit : a working group is working in planning internet users summit ( meeting ) which was originally planned to be held in Paris during the coming ICANN meeting but it might be held in Africa depending on budget and planning .

Eu não sou certo se eu concordar que este é o objetivo preliminar do ALAC. Eu acredito que o objetivo deve ser informar usuários que esta mudança está acontecendo, e as implicações disso por exemplo que necessitam exijir mais informação de seu ISPs, e necessitam estar cientes que o investimento em computar do futuro deve fazer exame deste no cliente.

Je ne suis pas sûr si je conviens que c'est le but primaire de l'ALAC. Je crois que le but devrait être d'informer des utilisateurs que ce changement se produit, et les implications en par exemple qu'elles doivent exiger plus d'information de leur ISPs, et doivent se rendre compte que l'investissement dans le calcul de futur doive tenir compte de ceci.
