Specifically, in its initial phase, the working group will draft the At Large's response to the consultation that ICANN will hold in the next weeks, discussing the following issues: 1. Possible changes in the Registrar Accreditation Agreement - the contract that establishes the relationships and reciprocal duties between ICANN and registrars, and consequently registrants; 2. Possible improvements to other existing policies of ICANN that affect registrants directly, such as, for example, the policies on transfering domain names to another registrar; 3. Possible improvements in the process for the accreditation of registrars by ICANN; 4. Possible operational projects by ICANN, for example in terms of education and information of registrants, processes for receiving and dealing with registrant complaints, instruments to enforce contractual compliance.
