The vote result confirms EURALO ALSes' support for Sébastien's petition: http://atlarge-lists.icann.org/pipermail/euro-discuss/ 2017-January/004759.html. Sébastien can be added to the final slate if 2 RALOs other than EURALO support the EURALO petition through a formal vote.
That is why I asked the staff to initiate a vote in our RALO starting on 24 January at 23:59 UTC and closing on 28 January at 23:59 UTC.
