The OE-SC develops strategy to: - Reach out to potential members of the At-Large Community (Outreach), and - Engage new and existing members of the At-Large Community (Engagement) Members of the OE-SC will be requested to work with their Regional Liaison within this group to advance the activities in their RALOs. The OE-SC works with the broader At-Large Community to ensure its strategy is implemented successfully.
