- AFRALO (comme tous les autres RALO) a droit à 5 voyages de sensibilisation par année fiscale (FY) qui commence le 1er Juillet et fini le 30 Juin - Par exemple FY17 a commencé le 1er Juillet 2016 et finira le 30 Juin 2017

Further to my explanation during our last monthly call on Wednesday 7 September regarding the Community Regional Outreach Pilot Program (CROPP), I would like to better detail the procedure and give you the necessary links.
- AFRALO (like all the other RALOs) has up to 5 outreach travel slots per fiscal year (FY) that starts on 1st of July and finishes on 30 of June. - For example, FY17 started on 1st of July 2016 and will end on 30 June 2017
- Applications (requests) are made online, and concern activities in our Geographic Region only, which is Africa

- To be acceptable, each travel request must: - be submitted to the CROPP RT through the region’s Pilot Program Coordinators (PPCs) at least 8 weeks prior to trip starting date - have objectives in line with the AFRALO Regional Outreach Strategic Plan Prepared by AFRALO at the beginning of each Fiscal Year - the AFRALO Regional Outreach Strategic Plan for FY17 can be found here: https://community.icann.org/display/croppfy17/AFRALO+O utreach+Strategic+Plan - fulfill the CROPP Procedure and Guidelines for the current Fiscal Year (FY17). - - Each approved trip shall be subject to an assessment that must be done by the traveller not later than 3 weeks after his/her return. This assessment must demonstrate how the objectives set for the trip have been achieved.
