Hi Barrack and all Thanks for keeping up the momentum. I think 1 and 4 was proposed to serve the same cause. So will suggest we go for 1 and 5 with modification on 1 thus: IANA transition from African perspective - the way forward And if we must discuss ICANN accountability at Singapore it should be distinct because it has been an issue ever before IANA transition came on stream. Dear All, Access to affordable Internet is one of the major stumbling block, that is affecting the growth of Internet uptake and human development in the continent, hence "theme 3" is also very crucial that we engage on it. But for the purpose of the Singapore meeting, i agree that we consolidate theme 1 and theme 4, into one theme.
