Call for membership for AFRALO ROP Working Group (WG) - reply by Friday Oct 13
Dear All, Following the Output of AFRALO GA in Accra related to the AFRALO Review Operating Principles. On behalf of Isaac Maposa and Abdeljalil Bachar Bong, co- Chairs of the AFRALO Review Operating Principles, this is a call for new members to join the WG. Any current members who do not wish to continue as members of the WG may also indicate. To see current membership see : https://community.icann.org/display/AFRALO/AFRALO+ROP+WG+REVIEW+2023 The WG will aim to perform a complete review of the Operating Principles with a phased approach addressing the more urgent issues first. Hello Thoko, There is no GA in Kigali, kindly note that GA is not an annual event. Maybe we will have a GA in another 2 to 3 years time. However the committee has been tasked to complete their work by/or before ICANN meeting that will hold in Rwanda next year....so I will say then now have less than a year.
