My understanding is that this work will continue for the period of 1 year leading up to the next AFRALO GA to be held in Kigali, my I confirm the above. Following the Output of AFRALO GA in Accra related to the AFRALO Review Operating Principles.
On behalf of Isaac Maposa and Abdeljalil Bachar Bong, co- Chairs of the AFRALO Review Operating Principles, this is a call for new members to join the WG. Any current members who do not wish to continue as members of the WG may also indicate.

The WG will aim to perform a complete review of the Operating Principles with a phased approach addressing the more urgent issues first.
The WG will focus on the following goals:
1. Organize two informative ROP webinars with members.
2. Get feedback from members on issues to be addressed in the ROP.
3. Update the ROP in line with feedback from Community members.
Could you please let the co-chairs and At-Large staff know whether you are interested in joining the working group or if you are an existing member, whether you do not wish to continue your membership *by Friday, 13 October 2023*.
A meeting of the working group will be scheduled for early November.
