Given the current digital landscape and Africa's lag in internet connectivity, the availability of internet resources per person is crucial. African internet users must advocate for their countries to prioritize access to and security of internet resources as a strategic policy to accelerate digital transformation while enhancing the quality of internet services for end-users. However, I would like to suggest adding "governance" to the title for clarity, specifically in reference to AFRINIC's current problem: "Internet Resource Management and Governance in Africa."
