There are two different tracks of work here. The issue with HTML emails is also affecting the interface we're testing in-house; it seems sensible to ensure that we can deal comprehensively with this problem as we would not to replace one system with something which suffers from the same problems. It may interest everyone to know that there are several mailers which do embed HTML in messages even when you say that you want only plaintext to be sent. This clearly makes the problem very difficult to solve. At the same time, I'm working with our existing provider, Funredes, on a technical solution to the problem they're having with HTML emails. As some of you may know, there is an issue with the way in which the translation service is handling emails on the list. For some mailers, it is extracting the content and puttiing it into attachments, instead of leaving the content in the body of the message.

If you do not send your message as a plaintext message, it also produces the blank email messages. We are working with Funredes on the problem of the attachments, however, the issue with plaintext messages is harder to solve. We are working on this though it may require an upgrade to the version of MailMan in use for all the At-Large lists, which will take some time to do. --

Comme il peut le constater, il y a une issue avec la manière de laquelle le service de traduction manipule des email sur la liste. Pour quelques annonces, il extrait le contenu et puttiing le dans des attachements, au lieu de laisser le contenu dans le corps du message.

Si vous n'envoyez pas votre message comme message de plaintext, il produit également les messages blancs d'email. Nous travaillons avec Funredes sur le problème des attachements, cependant, il est plus difficile de résoudre l'issue avec des messages de plaintext.
