Understanding Web 2.0 resources offered by ICANN At-Large is an important part of the ALAC's policy to enable at-Large Structures to involve themselves more effectively in the grass roots-based, bottom-up consensus process leading to ALAC actions. The multi-language guide is therefore very valuable as a primer to getting involved in At-Large policy and the credit for making it so clear and useful goes to the ICANN Staff members who produced it under such tight deadlines.
