Dear All, As per decision by the ALAC during its teleconference on August 4th, an online ALAC vote has recently started on the ALAC Resolution on Creating an At-Large Review WG Implementation Plan and the ALAC Resolution on Transmittal and Announcement of Adopted ALAC Statements and Advisories. The two resolutions were open for a five day comment period starting on Friday, August 7th. The questions to be put will be the following: 1. Do you support the ratification of the ALAC Resolution on Creating an At-Large Review WG Implementation Plan? With possible answers: Yes No Abstain 2. Do you support the ratification of the ALAC Resolution on Transmittal and Announcement of Adopted ALAC Statements and Advisories? With possible answers: Yes No Abstain The votes have been linked to the menu page for currently open ALAC votes: https://www.bigpulse.com/m6962/ (it might be convenient for you to bookmark this link as you will find future ALAC votes linked to the same menu page) On the vote page you will be able to track the votes live as they come in. At the bottom there is a link entitled ³See who voted², which allows you to see who has voted so far. Also, please note that the two votes are not linked to each other but are on two separate pages. This means that you do not have to vote on them at the same time. A separate email with their voting credentials has been sent to the members of the ALAC recently.
