[ALAC-Announce] At-Large Community Comments Requested on a Draft ALAC Statement on Public Consultations

Dear Community: Comments from the At-Large community are now being taken on a draft Advisory of the ALAC. The draft Advisory recommends a number of changes to the way in which the ICANN Public Consultation process works.
