We invite ALAC to help reach out to the RALOs and ALSes to organize regional and national UA Day events. In addition, we would also request the ALAC members to encourage the RALOs and ALSes, who are unable to host their own event, to participate in events that will be held in their region to create UA awareness and promote UA adoption. UA is a technical necessity to ensure that all valid domain names (such as どこでもつかえる.みんな and universal-acceptance-test.international) and email addresses (ਈਮੇਲ-ਪਰਖ@ਸਰਵਵਿਆਪਕ-ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ-ਪਰਖ.ਭਾਰਤ), regardless of script, language, or character length, can be equally used by all Internet-enabled applications, devices, and systems. It is considered a foundational requirement for the continued expansion of the Internet and a digitally inclusive Internet. UA Day events will consist of awareness-building, technical capacity building and strategy formulation sessions.
