*Save the date: Consultation Meeting on Improving Institutional Confidence in ICANN, Washington D.C.* The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) is hosting a series of international consultative meetings about its future. A half-day meeting will be held in Washington on Wednesday, 1st October to consult with North American Internet stakeholders. ICANN's leadership, as well as members of its Strategy Committee, will be present to outline proposed improvements to the organization's multi-stakeholder model. The goal of the meeting is to explain the proposed changes and give participants the opportunity to input directly into the consultation. Place: Washington D.C.
