The new sections seek to reflect results from the "Statistical Analysis of DNS Abuse in gTLDs" Report (see here[icann.org]<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__icann.org_public-2Dcomm...> for more information), and address costs of the New gTLD Program for trademark holders, based on the results from a survey conducted by the International Trademark Association (INTA) (see here[community.icann.org]<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__community.icann.org_dow...> [PDF, 1.4 MB] for more information).
