As mentioned in the call, we expect the event to be a "roundtable" for more in-depth discussions rather than a "conference" with less interactive participation. This event is also the first Asia Pacific regional IGF meeting which hopefully could become like a preparatory gathering towards future collaboration and meetings. The outreach will be most important to let more people know about the efforts and to also get broader involvement.
