The Minutes of the meeting in question may be reviewed at https://st.icann.org/alac/index.cgi?28_april_2009_summary_minutes_en. It is regrettable that notification of this vote was not more expeditious. The ALAC has recently voted to approve a number of administrative process improvements in order to help administrative processes to scale with the greatly increasing workload on the ALAC and the community.
