Dear Community: As you will recall, two teleconferences were recently held to allow At-Large to discuss how it would like to allocate the available travel funding. The need to book travel for Seoul is very pressing. Accordingly, we need to know what the community wishes to do. Is the travel support for the previous meeting - 15 members of ALAC and up to 10 RALO leaders (two per region at a maximum) to be continued, or do you wish to do something else? We have been advised by the ALAC that we should send information on the 15 members of ALAC and begin arrangements for travel support to be made for them. We have done so. We will be able to add additional names, if that is what the community wishes to do, up to the end of the day next Tuesday, 25th August. After that time we will no longer be able to add names to the travel support list for the Seoul meeting.
