I've done an updated version of the spreadsheet (which originally started with Fellowship receipients) to research members of the ICANN community in Fellowship, GAC and ccNSO. by country or by region.

I automated the import from the GAC and ccNSO websites and there is also a counter as a way of tracking when there are updates to the size of the GAC and ccNSO membership.
The GAC and ccNSO also use different names for countries and territories from the ICANN list. The GAC was quite challenging to figure out how to harmonise the differences and to update the exact URL on the GAC's website to point to the country's GAC contact details.
Also the At-Large RALO dashboards can now import the data from this spreadsheet so more detailed country breakdowns can be done per region. See LACRALO dashboard at

Hopefully, the spreadsheet will continue to be more useful for locating persons that could be possible members of At-Large, see how At-Large can better work with other ICANN community stakeholders in the GAC and ccNSO and to decide on outreach priorities to alleviate stakeholder gaps.
