If you get permission from the organizers you could get them stuffed in the delegate bags. IE. NTC 16 has 3,600 delegates. My strategy is to work with PIR which is a platinium sponsor and they have a booth which makes it easier to communicate. G Glenn McKnight mcknight.glenn@gmail.com skype gmcknight twitter gmcknight . Thanks Dev,
I think this is a useful tool...
Of course at each event the full complement of documents may not be used each time, I wonder if we should track any "returns" as well, so *if* say after 4 or 5 trips in a region there has been perhaps up to 100 copies of docs accumulated by "return to stock" they could be utilised... Just a thought... On 27 Feb 2016 03:36, "Dev Anand Teelucksingh" <devtee@gmail.com> wrote:
Dear All, did a table for the page to track document requests usually for travellers going to outreach events via CROPP. The intent is for staff to monitor requests made by O&E members on behalf of their RALO.

Thoughts, comments on whether enough information is captured enough for staff to process the request are welcomed, I'm thinking that the page should be locked to staff and to the O&E since document requests could be sent to traveller's home addresses.
