APRALO as you mentioned is also under discussions and identification of the events, which will be relevant for ICANN outreach. We do not want to apply just for the sake of applying. But hopefully some proposals will be submitted soon.

ICANN has a Community Regional Outreach Pilot Program (CROPP) in which each of the 5 RALOs can apply for funding up to 5 "regional" outreach trips (up to three days, two nights) before the end of June 30 2014.
If there are any requests for travel to events for outreach purposes, such requests need to be submitted to the At-Large CROPP Review Team at https://community.icann.org/x/_S6fAg at least 8 weeks before the proposed travel takes place. Travel Requests should follow the terms and obligations as established by the ICANN's CROPP and those by the ALAC at https://community.icann.org/x/zC6fAg
To date, only NARALO has submitted 4 travel requests to the CROPP RT, two were approved and submitted to ICANN, one was withdrawn and one is currently under review by the CROPP RT See https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/CROPP+RT+Resources for these propsoals
I note some conversations on the EURALO and APRALO mailing lists as to possible meetings for outreach potential but are yet to be realised into formal travel proposals.
