Wonderful work as usual Dev Anand. Quite useful. A couple points: 1. There appears to be no way yet of handling those who are awarded Fellowships but do not get to start and/or complete the programme due to whatever circumstances. 1. Typically on completion, certificates or participation are issued. Maybe the real Fellowship attendees could be updated post-meeting if that list was obtainable from DPRD (Development & Public Responsibility Department). 2. _Worksheet: ICANN-ISO_: Has a field "Number of Fellows from Country or Territory". Since the entry does not actually count the number of unique Fellows from a country. It could perhaps be more aptly named "Number of Times a Citizen Was Awarded Fellowship [Non-Unique]" or something else conveying the sentiment. Thanks for your time and feedback.
