Dear Dev, another suggestion: I would add a slide between 11 & 12 with 5 policy topics which the At-Large Community is particularly focussed on. At present, we describe what At-Large does in very general terms, but I constantly get asked "what does At-Large actually do?" when it comes to policy. Here are my takes: * Yes, deleting slide number 5 will be ok but maybe you can insert the texts from the deleted slide to slide number 4 (the one with the pic) or select certain texts (such as "volunteer community"). * Would it take long if you will still call someone from a specific RALO to just introduce each area? An additional time will be needed to introduce each speaker and explain their take in each of the region. What if we just have them talk later after the whole presentation have been finished and maybe present each RALO in a more detailed manner (introduce the RALO, present engagements within the region, what policies have been delivered, etc.). I've added slide 12 with the pie chart and table showing how many advice broken down by topic will show the diversity and energy of At-Large in ICANN policy. I've added a slide 13 as a pageholder for listing the actual topics that ALAC/At-Large is working on, but I'm not sure listing topics like Next-Generation RDS to replace WHOIS PDP Draft New ICANN Bylaws New gTLD Subsequent Procedures Request for Input - Rights Protection Mechanisms in All gTLDs (picked from the last ALAC monthly meeting agenda at https://community.icann.org/x/AgyOAw and ALT agenda at https://community.icann.org/x/dR_OAw ) would be helpful or informative to Nextgen but maybe there is a way to present this better.
