Dear Members: As you are no doubt aware, there is a public consultation open on a draft Travel Procedure for FY2010; of course, this affects At-Large travel. This consultation may be found at: http://www.icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-03jun09-en.htm At the ALAC Excom meeting yesterday this was clearly noted as a high priority. The consultation closes on 6th July, however, to allow time for community members to comment on a draft once written, and allow time for those coments to be reflected before voting, there is actually not a great deal of time to spare to get a draft written.
