[ALAC] IDNs: Final Report on Three-Character Requirement and Variant Management Now Available for Public Comment

I will prepare an ALAC statement (over this weekend) but I would like to get some discussion going so I know what would be our position. Please note the deadline for the comment is 8th Jan 2010, which sound like a lot of time but in reality, with christmas and new year holidays and a 5 days voting ratification, we don't really have a lot of time. -James Seng
