A Draft Job Description for ALAC members and Liaisons was distributed on July 28, and later made available in French and Spanish. Comments were received over the following 8 weeks and a revised version was published prior to this week's ALAC meeting. At the meeting, it was decided that the revised version should be open for comment for 5 days, and then revised, reformatted and voted upon. The comments are within curly brackets {} and have the initials of the person who made or supported the comments.
