Hi Nick Far much better than the former operator. During board meetings last year was terrible!!! This was a real improvement. Sure lot's of different kind of connection introduce noises and depend upon the people is, connection becomes awful. Today at LacRALO was almost impossible to hear Jose Luis, but afterwards it became much better. Verizon is in particular very bad when using interpretation. When people use mobile phones, and VoIP services on teleconference bridges, it introduces problems. Our calls are far more complex than any other part of ICANN as we routinely have more people from more developing countries participating in many of our calls. Thanks for this... I must say as ADIGO was in total meltdown the day before I'm not surprised there was some tech difficulties I'm just thankful it was so minimal and we'll manage with only partial audio if needs be :-)
