A few other things that come to mind.... - Domain registration and IP... what is the relationship between domain ownership and trademarks? - Internationalized domain names ... how, how soon, and will existing uses of the Internet be affected? - Along with delegation and redelegation of TLDs... what is the process in place if a TLD fails? - Privacy versus accountability -- how much is the public entitled to know about the ownership of domains?
