I would like to second every word you wrote to Jean Jacques, and I can attest that he was the one (with Katim) who pushed strongly to make our AFRALO outreach and capacity building project happen. Even if we didn’t succeed to implement it in Nairobi, Jean Jacques did the necessary work to make it likely implemented in 2011. Thank you very very much Jean Jacques, and I really regret your leaving the ICANN board.
