Based on discussions during this week's ALAC Meeting, I have posted a final version of the statement to be submitted. I beleive it covers all of the issues raised and makes a number of clear and understandable statements - https://community.icann.org/x/dw28B. The submission deadline is tomorrow so please take a look at it and let me know if there are any errors in it. Alan
