I believe the ALAC list (alac@atlarge-lists.icann.org) is the joint list you are looking for, but I will be working on mailing lists tomorrow and over the weekend and will confirm. Dear At-Large Team
I have identified a small problem.
I know that in Barcelona, in a fit of enthusiasm, I agreed to the regular timing of our former ALAC calls : 12:00UTC, 21:00UTC and 4:00UTC, because they had been OK with me as an occasional participant in the ALAC meetings.
However, I did not consider that I might find (12:00) 2am in the morning, not a great time to be chairing an ALAC meeting in a half asleep state; nor that (21:00) 11am is right in the middle of my usual working day of meetings, and (4:00) 6pm is usually close to dinner time in our household.
I am proposing that I add 4 hours to the schedule so that it does fit my waking, working and family schedules but hopefully does not create regular problems for anyone else.
So my new schedule that will rotate around the following times: 16:00UTC (6am), 01.00UTC (3pm) and 8:00UTC (10pm).
I accept that at least one meeting time may not fit everyone and accept that there will be apologies. But I also hope that you will all make the meetings if you possibly can, or send a message with any comments you would like included into the chat when a topic comes up. Happy to do that for you.
But, please do get back to me if there are any genuine reasons why this rotation of times will just not suit.
