Adigo is a big improvement over Verizon (other parts of Policy are slowly moving over to Adigo actually because it is better). Verizon is in particular very bad when using interpretation. When people use mobile phones, and VoIP services on teleconference bridges, it introduces problems. Our calls are far more complex than any other part of ICANN as we routinely have more people from more developing countries participating in many of our calls. Thanks for this... I must say as ADIGO was in total meltdown the day before I'm not surprised there was some tech difficulties I'm just thankful it was so minimal and we'll manage with only partial audio if needs be :-)
