All, a quick follow-up: this is a *3 DAY ONLY* Vote. Due to the need for a fast turn-around on this, because the JAS work is running under such tight schedules to the extent that every day matters, we will be advising the GAC to send the statement to the Board as soon as the ALAC vote has reached a quorum of "yes" answers.
