[ALAC] Weather and the Brussels meeting

In keeping with past practice, I am awaiting notice from GoDaddy and ICANN's Intellectual Property Constituency that it will be too dangerous for them to travel to the next ICANN meeting in Brussels. I have not yet had any confirmation of the rumour that they want to stage an alternate meeting, to be held at a location about 10km east of Naples, Italy. - Evan
