[ALAC] CONSENSUS CALL CANCELLED: Reconstitution of CROPP Review Team

This subject was extensively discussed at the Thursday Wrap-up meeting in Singapore and my recollection is that everyone present agreed on the outcome (or at least no one objected). Clearly however, based on the discussion here, we have not reached closure. Moreover, the current CROPP-RT Chair, Dev Anand Teelucksingh could not join us remotely during that session, and I should have had the insight to consult with him prior to issuing the Consensus Call. I am therefore cancelling the Consensus Call and the discussion will be restarted once I return from vacation. Alan
